Engineering - Mystery of the ancient clock is a matching game in which you must repair a chronometer by collecting its different parts that are scattered around the world. Throughout the game, you will visit different locations playing match-3 games that will provide the missing parts. You will have to make matches with the elements that have parts of the clocks inside. To make matches you have to slide rows horizontally or vertically until you match three or more figures of the same color to make them disappear from the board.
You will also notice that some of the figures have power-ups inside that can help you finish the levels faster and more easily. Also, if you manage to match three or more like-colored figures in less than 3 seconds, you will also be granted a bonus. All the levels are timed, so you must recover all the parts before the time is up, or you will have to start all over again.
What is more, the game includes two modes: Big game or Fast game. In Big game, you have to collect all the parts of the chronometer in order to win the game and you play all the levels in order. In the Fast game, you can simply play the match-3 games for fun, with no rush and no need to collect anything.
Regarding the graphics, they are simple, yet colorful and attractive. Sound effects are ok and the music is nice, if a bit repetitive.
